Delete your account

Cho-Ki-Chu is operated by Mamta LLC. A parent or guardian can delete a child's profile, or the whole account, at any time.

Delete inside the app (fastest)

Open the Cho-Ki-Chu app and sign in.
Tap the child's profile, then For grown-ups, and type the number shown.
Tap Delete data.
Choose Delete this profile to remove one child, or Delete my account to remove your account and every child profile.
Confirm. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Ask us to delete it for you

If you cannot open the app, email hello@chokichu.com from the email address you signed up with. Write "Delete my account" in the subject. We will delete your account and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

Your account and email address.
Every child profile: nickname, age and chosen buddy.
Your privacy choices and their history.
The result of the parent check.

What we do not control

Payment records for the small parent card check are kept by our payment provider, Stripe, under its own policy. We never receive or store card details.
